Delivery Overview
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it in 3- 5 days. Orders are then shipped through a variety of trusted carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Our Standard shipping generally requires between 3-5 business days for delivery in The Netherlands , and 5-7 business days Overseas for your order to arrive at its destination.
Additionally, please be aware that the specified processing time frame does not account for weekends or recognised Dutch School and public holidays.
For items that are custom-made or available only through pre-order, there may be a requirement for additional processing time. We kindly ask you to account for this extra time to accommodate the processes involved in customisation or fulfilment of pre-orders.
If you need a quicker delivery, we have both Expedited and Overnight shipping available, though these faster options come with an additional charge.
Following the confirmation of your order, you will be sent an email containing all the details pertaining to your order. Furthermore, we will ensure that you are notified as soon as your order has been shipped.
